I do realize that the tomato sauce on the cabbage rolls (dinner) does have some sugar in it but it is not a lot and I also didn't eat a lot of it.</li> <li>] HEALTH = i-s = <strong>[n/a]</strong></li> <li>] FITNESS = 0 ?</li> </ol> <li><strong>[2016-06-26] Sunday</strong></li> <ol> <li>] DIET = <strong>[good]</strong> Today was Greek festival day and a <strong>good</strong> day, although there was a little bit <strong>more cheating going</strong> on, but it was not too terrible. There was the pita bread that the gyro came wrapped in and I had three of the loukides, which are a greek version of Tim bits (but much better)</li> <li>] HEALTH i-s = <strong>[bad]</strong> - 8/10 PM 23:00</li> <li>x] FITNESS = x] walk 1</li> </ol> <li><strong>[2016-06-27] Monday</strong></li> <ol> <li>] DIET = [<strong>very good]</strong> Food intake was vg but it was the most <strong>difficult</strong> day, so far in regards to <strong>craving</strong>. Wasn't really craving anything specific just craving more food/something. +++ for Holding the line and not giving in to cravings.(late dinner of 2nd cabbage roll helped)</li> <li>] HEALTH i-s = <strong>[bad]</strong> – 6/10 - 18:00/30</li> <li>x] FITNESS = x] walk 1</li> <li>x] WEIGHTS & MEASURE = [<strong>very good</strong>] ( -4.0# ) - a nice drop after only 2 days (and especially considering the greek festival) but MOST likely due to gain from previous week ( b/c of too much ice cream and then none this week), and throw in a couple of days of "healthier lighter" eating</li> </ol> <li><strong>[2016-06-28] Tuesday</strong></li> <ol> <li>] DIET = <strong>[very good]</strong> Passed on beef burritos and had beef lettuce(romaine) wraps, which tasted decent but are a little more messy eating. <strong>Snacks/Cheats =</strong> were a couple of handfulls of blueberries . <strong>Cravings</strong> = ?? <strong> </strong>No cravings today, still a bit hungry after 2 wraps but exersized a little self control. Also good exersize today with teapot 2016-005 </li> <li>] HEALTH i-s = <strong>[bad]</strong> - 7/10 -</li> <li>x] FITNESS = teapot-2016-005 - very good</li> </ol> <li><strong>[2016-06-29] Wednesday</strong></li> <ol> <li>] DIET = <strong>[good]</strong> Lots of protein with eggs+beef, steak and 4 bean salad. <strong>Snacks/Cheats</strong> =Cheated a ?little? with salad-potato( bites 25g), salad pasta (50g) and salad (200g) and 1 bite of ice cream. PRB 1] seriously, ran out of gas on Teapot-Hill, maybe blood sugar levels are too low? <strong>Cravings</strong> = some 'medium craving' after dinner for sweet ( ice cream, frosty, ?? ) didnt give in - but - ?? was this after eating sweet carbs ( salads ) or ???</li> <li>] HEALTH i-s = <strong>[bad]</strong>- 6/10, +] photos, BM = 1</li> <li>x] FITNESS = teapot-2016-006 - [very bad]- </li> </ol> <li><strong>[2016-06-30] Thursday</strong></li> <ol> <li>] DIET = [<strong>very good</strong>] Lunch was Baked fresh Sockeye Salmon steaks, Tried a funky salad(romaine+4-bean++) which wasnt bad but wasnt great either.
