However, CNBC is reporting this morning that US copyright officials have told Aereo they do not consider it a "cable company" under the terms of copyright law. Noriega was convicted in the United States of drug dealing in 1992. He served 15 years in the US, and is now serving a 20-year sentence for murder and money laundering in Panama.
