<h1 style="text-align: center;">forward</h1> <h1 style="text-align: center;">DIET-no-sugar</h1> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>the plan</strong></p> <p>] 18 months from now I would like to be able to {write a blog post/tell the story} detailing something along the lines of ...</p> <ol> <li>] how <strong>I lost over 50# in just 6 months </strong></li> <li>] how <strong>I kept that weight off for over 1 year</strong> (and counting) </li> <li>] how <strong>I cured my nasty rash</strong> and several other nagging medical conditions</li> <li>] how <strong>I feel MUCH better today</strong> than I have for some time</li> <li>] how <strong>I look MUCH better today</strong> than I have for some time</li> </ol> <p>] the blog post would sum up everything I learned and everything i did to acheive those results and ....</p> <p> </p> <hr /> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>a simple guide</strong></p> <p>] then I would put all of those nitty gritty little details into</p> <ol> <li>] a nicely laid out -</li> <li>] easy to read -</li> <li>] simple to follow -</li> <li>] (#10#) page guidebook</li> </ol> <p>] this guidebook would be for anyone who wanted to try my approach to improving their own diet/lifestyle/health.</p> <p> </p> <hr /> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>whats this guy trying to sell me?</strong></p> <p>] now, about now, I know that your "skeptical antennae" are popping up out of your head and your waiting for me to get to the part where I ask you to pull out your credit card and ...</p> <ol> <li>] buy my powerful new "snake oil" OR to ...</li> <li>] order the "magic elixir" that makes the pounds melt effortlessly away OR to</li> <li>] sign up for some "subscription program" or service that .... OR to</li> <li>] "video collection" OR to</li> <li>] ... whatever ... OR better yet</li> <li>] BUY all of the above for one low, low monthly price of ....</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p>I just documented (thoroughly) what I tried and <span style="text-decoration: underline;">what WORKED for me</span> and ALSO <span style="text-decoration: underline;">what didnt work</span>. If "this information" can be of any use to you or to anyone else out there in internet land, who needs a little DIETary advice/guidance/good karma .... it is all yours ... totally FREE of CHARGE(FoC)</p> <p>BUT nope there is no catch here, bottom line is</p> <p style="text-align: center;">- <strong>I am NOT TRYING to sell you anything ...</strong></p> <p> </p> <hr /> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>tools</strong></p> <p>I did use some of the programs from my own companies(sospep.com) web site to help me with things like ...</p> <ol> <li>] menu planning,</li> <li>] diet tracking,</li> <li>] recipe managment,</li> <li>] etc, etc, etc</li> </ol> <p>but everything, that I used, is also available for you to use ... again ... entirely ... FOC .</p> <p>And, If you've got a better solution for performing the aforementioned tasks, by all means, feel free to use that instead.</p> <p> </p> <hr /> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>conclusions(TLDR)</strong></p> <p>- I <strong>lost over 50# in < 6 months</strong>, and I have <strong>maintained that weight loss for > 1 year</strong> and counting.</p> <p>- I <strong>cured a nasty rash</strong> and a couple of other <span style="text-decoration: underline;">nagging medical conditions</span> that had been bothering me for some time.</p> <p>- Today, <strong>I look better</strong> and more importantly <strong>I feel better</strong> than I have in years.</p> <p>- I give a lot of the credit for these <strong>positive results</strong> to a change in my DIET to one that lowers the amount of sugar that I consume by a significant amount.</p> <p>- I believe that <strong>EXERSIZE is also an important part of most any successfull DIET program</strong>, and I did exersize. What I DID NOT do was spend 5 hours a day at the gym, 5 days a week, INSTEAD I was spending a reasonable amount of time doing something physical that I enjoyed doing and I believe that was one of the<strong> key factors in the programs success</strong></p> <p>- I put together what I feel is <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>a very simple plan</strong></span>, one that is easy to follow, one that has "been proven" to get "significant results".</p> <p>- The best part of the plan is that I have developed an <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>eating-strategy</strong></span> that not only allows me to enjoy the <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>healthy foods that i love</strong></span>, but also to CHEAT a little along the way with some of <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>my past loves</strong></span> that once held a stranglehold on my tastebuds. I beleive that <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>my-eating-strategy</strong></span> is what makes it easier to stick to the DIET plan long term and to maintain the results I have acheived going forward.</p> <p><br />- Its, also <span style="background-color: #ffff00;">very important to note</span>, that this DIET was one that was completed by an<strong> "average joe"</strong>, I am NOT a gym monkey or an athlete, I am a guy who has eaten a DIET of (too much) meat and potatoes for (too) many years. A guy who is no stranger to junk foods and who still (unfortunately) NOT only loves some of them BUT still EATS some of them ( just NOT as much of them and NOT as often).
