EXAMPLE CONTENT
Created and maintained inventory control software using the Java NetBeans IDE.. Interface design and implementation was done with Swing. Unit testing in JUnit.

I also supported numerous software products including enterprise wide network peripheral management software. I supported both HW &amp; SW product lines in both LAN and WAN network environments as well as on multiple OS platforms. I was also responsible for the design, development, production and maintenance of the teams Intranet website. I authored a number of technical support process documents. Additionally I was responsible for training of new hire agents to our product line as well as delivering new product training to experienced agents.
