( email copy to follow)

- I have linked each "main page" listed to a "documentation page" describing what is on that page and I have included step by step instructions(documentation) for editing the content on that page.

- The site also includes many 'additional files' which are required to make it work. These files will also be provided. I will send you a document outlining what is used and what it does.

[ INVOICE# ]

- 023w-001 - is for the for work completed to date, and is billed for the promotional price that we agreed upon.

[ PAYMENT]

You can pay by Paypal (which also accepts major credit cards) or by Cheque. Let me know how you want to pay and I will forward the necessary details.

[ DEPLOYMENT ]

Once payment has been recieved, I will provide you with ...

1] login credentials to the sites database so that you can begin editing the content.

2] complete site contents

When you are ready to put the site live, I can either transfer all of the sites content to you and you can upload it to your web host OR if you prefer, you can provide me with temporary access to your hosting site, I can then upload the site for you.

[ QUESTIONS/CONCERNS/FEEDBACK ]

Please dont hesitate to ask.

If there is somthing that your not sure about, something that you don't like, something that you do like, ... please let me know.

I will do my best to get this site working for you/your company.

[ GOING FORWARD ]

FIXES/PROBLEMS - with any of the existing pages will be done by me at no charge to you. Lets call this your "warranty" and says its good for a 1 year period. It is conditional on the fact that the original source files are not modified (by third party). Let me know if you see something that doesn't appear to be working correctly.

UPGRADES/ADDITIONS - Of course, i would be happy to provide you with a free quote for any new/additional features that you would like to add to your site.

NEW FEATURES - I have a couple of ideas for some new features, that you may find beneficial. I will outline some if them in an upcoming email and forward those ideas to you for you consideration.

[ SUGGESTIONS SITE ]

- company telephone# - if you've got your main phone/contact# for the company, i would put that into the site's main menu which is displayed on all pages ( i put it in the site, if you dont want it there, i can take it out)

- social media sites - if your planning on/or are doing social media pages for your company, I can incorporate links to those pages in the site footer or ??? (no charge)

- newsletter/sign up - this is basically a great way for "prospective customers" to give you their email addresses, done right - email is still a very effective way of communicating with your customers, ( i can do a simple sign up form for no charge).
