<li>if your looking for the same content each search, you should be able to create a "saved search" and then just "pin" that "saved search" to your start screen,</li>
<li>if your pdfs are in an "indexed location", then it will search the contents of the pdf as well as the filenames, if the folder your looking in is not in an indexed</li>
<li>location then you need to specify to include the "file contents" as well in the advanced search options&nbsp;</li>

<li>"indexed location" = by default include all files in your libraries, but if your searching on another drive or network share, those locations are not going to be indexed by default</li>
