Looks to me like thru the first 1/7 of the season Kurt has manage to keep his eyes on the prize (? the open #29 ride for 2014?). The question is how long can he do this? &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>x] <a href="person?id=167#content" target="_blank">A.J Allmendinger</a> - driving the 51 car for the single car team of Phoenix Racing wound up the day finishing 16th, a pretty decent finish, for this driver working his way out of the doghouse.</li>

<li>x] Rivals - <a href="article?id=1265#content" target="_blank">Denny Hamlin VS Joey Logano (Part III)</a></li>
<ol>
<li>] PT III - the rivalry resumes on the track with both drivers racing hard and clean at the front of the pack for most of the day, take a look at this close call/message sent where Joey slides up to within millimeters of Hamlins back bumper after not being able to complete the pass. As the race closes they are racing each other hard for the lead,&nbsp;and it comes down to the&nbsp;epic closing&nbsp;laps battle that ends up with&nbsp;both cars wrecking,&nbsp;Hamlin with a hard hit into the wall&nbsp;&nbsp;After Hamlins crash he managed his way out of his car under his own power but immediately collapsed and was taken on a backboard by ambulance to the infield care center. In his post race interview immediately after the Stewart confrontation, Logano made some comments to the effect of "he got what he deserved" in regards to Hamlin, which would serve to add further fuel to the anti Logano crowd. Hamlin was later airlifted(b/c of traffic concerns) to the nearest hospital for further evaluation. He was reported to be awake and alert.&nbsp;</li>
<li>] PT II - twitter accounts are logged off and the&nbsp;rivalry resumed back on the track at Bristol(BMS) where Denny punted Logano effectively ending any chance of him having a good finish. After the race Logano initiated a post race confrontation with Hamlin and later that evening the ex-teammate's were at each other on twitter again. Apparently there has been no love lost between the 2 going back to their days as teammates at JGR. After the post race scuffle that followed the Bristol Race, they carried their "rivalry" over to social media channels ..</li>
