<li>This page displays a form with all the feilds required to create a NEW 'location' record for the PLACES app. The page is called with the parent id for the 'sector' where the location will be added. If no parent id is present, the user must select from the existing atlases, maps and sectors.&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>parent id</strong> -is the id value of the sector that the 'location' belongs to</li>

<li><strong>street address2</strong> -&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>country</strong> - select&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>zip or postal code -</strong>&nbsp;</li>
