<h3>[WHAT]</h3>
<p>This search page enables users to search places locations records by many of the places location feilds including the location ID, Name, Description, Content, Atlas, Map or Sector. Also by the Country, State, City, Street Address 1 or 2, and Postal or Zip code.</p>
<h3>[WHY]</h3>
<p>sospep users can quickly find a record or records given that they have knowledge of some bit of information about that record. Also enables users to quickly find or navigate to specific records without having to browse through the places records heirarchy to view them.</p>
<h3>[WHERE]</h3>
<p>called from menu main, search menu, places option</p>
<h3>[WHEN]</h3>
<p>A user wants to locate a places location record or records given that they know some criteria for that record.</p>
