<li>] patch was released in april 2014, but older versions of android software are still vulnerable</li>
<li>] google hasn't found any instances of this in use BUT once hackers "know about" it, they will go to town ...</li>
<li>] dont know exact numbers of the devices running the older android software, BUT there will be quite a lot</li>
<li>] flaw is specific to the android os and the way it handles certificate signing</li>
<li>] other mobile OS not affected, but they do have security flaws as well</li>

<li>] technology was developed by US military contractor Boeing</li>
<li>] info from the Dome may have gotten into the hands of chinese hackers,</li>
<li>] suspected stolen documents include - plans for system, docs stamped by us regulators indicating they were of national security,&nbsp;</li>
<li>] suspected theft was done by "comment crew", the elite hacking crew of the chinese army,</li>
