-&ldquo;How am I going to live the next ten years of my life? How am I going to live today in order to create the tomorrow I&rsquo;m committed to? What am I going to stand for from now on?&rdquo; -Different actions produce different results. If we want to take control of our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; -This begins with the power of DECISION. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; -&ldquo;I believe that it&rsquo;s in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped&rdquo;.
-Commit to what you want to have and be in your life. &nbsp;&nbsp; -Set a baseline standard for what you&rsquo;ll accept in your life (your own behavior&rsquo;s and the behavior&rsquo;s of those you surround yourself with). -Your life changes the moment you make a new, congruent, and committed decision. -Making a true decision means committing to achieving a result and then cutting yourself off from any other possibility. -A lot of people have weak decision making abilities. This is akin to having a weak muscle. To strengthen it, simply use it. The way to make better decisions is to make more of them. 
-The three decisions that control your destiny: &nbsp;&nbsp; 1. Your decisions about what to focus on. &nbsp;&nbsp; 2. Your decisions about what things mean to you. &nbsp;&nbsp; 3. Your decisions about what to do to create the results you desire.
-&ldquo;I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by a conscious endeavor&rdquo; Henry David Thoreau -Set a course for where you really want to go, and have a plan or map so you can make quality decisions along the way.
-Do not be afraid of making the wrong decisions. &nbsp;&nbsp; -Success truly is the result of good judgment. Good judgment is the result of experience, and experience is often the result of bad judgment. &nbsp;&nbsp; -&ldquo;I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward&rdquo; Thomas Edison. &nbsp;&nbsp; -Commit to learning from your mistakes.
-There are no failures in life. Only results. If you didn&rsquo;t get the results you wanted, learn from the experience so you have references about how to make better decisions in the future. -There&rsquo;s nothing you can&rsquo;t accomplish if: 1) You clearly decide what it is that you&rsquo;re absolutely committed to achieving, 2) You are willing to take massive action, 3) You notice what&rsquo;s working or not, and 4) You continue to change your approach until you achieve what you want, using whatever life gives you along the way. -Sometimes it may look like it&rsquo;s not working out in the short term. In order to succeed, you must have a long term focus. &nbsp;&nbsp; -Often, what seems impossible in the short term becomes very possible in the long term, if you persist. 
-Six keys: &nbsp;&nbsp; 1. Remember the power of making decisions. A real decision is measured by the fact that you&rsquo;ve taken new action. &nbsp;&nbsp; 2. Realize the hardest step in achieving anything is making a true commitment- a true decision. Never leave the scene of a decision without first taking a specific action towards its&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; realization. &nbsp;&nbsp; 3. Make decisions often. The more you make them the better you&rsquo;ll get at it. &nbsp;&nbsp; 4. Learn from your decisions. &nbsp;&nbsp; 5. Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach. &nbsp;&nbsp; 6. Enjoy making decisions.
