<li>[] remove beef cubes from package,&nbsp;pat dry, ( cut into bite size pieces if large cubes )</li>
<li>[] sear beef cubes in a large on medium high heat in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (canola)</li>
<li>[] add 2 cups water + beef buillion + beef stew seasoning package, stir thoroughly</li>
<li>[] bring to a boil, then turn down to a simmer and let cook for 60 minutes</li>
<li>[] wash and cut the carrots into bite size pieces</li>
<li>[] After the beef stew meat has been cooking for 60 minutes, add the rest of the vegetables to the pot</li>
<li>[] After 120 minutes, test the meat for "doneness", if your OK with the tenderness of the meat, bring the stew back up to a slow boil</li>
<li>[] Stir your corn starch into a 1/2 cup of warm water, then</li>
<li>[] Once the stew is at a low boil, stir in the corn starch mixture to thicken the stews broth&nbsp;</li>
