<li>]&nbsp;What's more, when a similar system was trialled in Uganda,&nbsp;<a href="http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2268552" target="_blank">working hours increased by 17 percent</a>, and average earnings increased by 38 percent.</li>
<li>]&nbsp;"When discussing inequality, we usually focus on employment and production.
