The <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">benchmark</span> average price for detached properties increased x.x per cent from April 2015 to $461,459.</li>
<li>x] <strong>Apartment properties</strong> reached 54, an increase of x.x per cent compared to the 30 sales in April 2015.The <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">benchmark</span> average price of an apartment property increased x.x per cent from April 2015 to $176,200.</li>
