<li>] we have top schools like uwaterloo/utoronto but our a lot of our tech talent heads south - we provide canadians with a subsidized top ranked tech ecducation and they head south due to a lack of opportunity, uncompetitive salaries,&nbsp;<span style="background-color: #ffff00;"><strong>POINT</strong>&nbsp;- we can develop top tier talent for our tech sector, but we are not keeping it here&nbsp;</span></li>
<li>] startup scene - &nbsp;we have one, thats good, its growing, its improving, its had some successes, but it also has many shortcomings,&nbsp;</li>

<li>] in the grand scheme of things it would cost literally pennies to provide such opportunities, yet we remain stuck with the idea that the only way to create a "legitimate" educations is in traditional brick and mortar institution, with&nbsp;</li>

<li>] jobs -&gt; skills -&gt; training&nbsp;</li>
