<li>] soak beans in water overnight</li>
<li>] after soaking, put beans into a pot of water, bring to a boil and cook beans on a slow boil for approx. 1 hour</li>

<li><span class="plaincharacterwrap break">] cut green pepper into bite size pieces </span></li>
