<li>] wash kale</li>
<li>] shred kale into large bite size peice</li>
<li>] dry kale ( salad spinner, then paper towels)</li>
<li>] put kale into large glass mixing bowl</li>
<li>] drizzle oil over top</li>
<li>] add seasonings</li>
<li>] mix kale , seasonings and oil together in the mixing bowl until kale is evenly coated</li>
<li>] layout kale on backing sheet, loosely spaced</li>
<li>] preheat oven to 275 degrees F</li>
<li>] bake chips for 30 minutes,</li>
<li>] turn off oven and leave chips inside until oven has cooled off</li>
