I&nbsp;have embarked on a <a href="/view/article?id=5166" target="_blank">no-sugar diet</a>* with the objectives of

&gt;] changing the way that&nbsp;I eat to maintain that loss, 
&gt;] curing my skin condition.&nbsp;
This is a summary of the various RESULTS/CONCLUSIONS that I have come to&nbsp;after&nbsp;10 days on this diet plan.

<h2>[&nbsp;FEELS ]</h2>
I feel&nbsp;almost guilty "suggesting"&nbsp;it&nbsp;- but i&nbsp;do feel better allready (more energertic, somewhat lighter, less bloated) - and - i think i look somewhat less "puffy".&nbsp;Now this could all be in my head, but sometimes thats half the battle.
<h2>[ LEARNED&nbsp;]</h2>
What SURPRISED Me the&nbsp;most were 2 things,&nbsp;&nbsp;# 1] &nbsp;was that other then for a few days (&nbsp;2/10) &nbsp;I had barely any CRAVINGS and #2] I was not feeling hungry. Now, given my protien portions were on the large side(ie 16 oz steak, large cabbage roll)

<h2>[ REVIEW - DIET ]</h2>
Damn!, I&nbsp;did really&nbsp; good this period. I realize this is the first days of a new program&nbsp;and everyone starts off good, yada, yada BUT&nbsp;what an excellent start, job well done!

<h2>[ REVIEW - FITNESS ]</h2>
This plan was/is more about changing my DIET vs&nbsp;being on an&nbsp;exersize program but exersize is&nbsp;good( ?necessary). 
I had a great start with 4/10 days where I "worked out" and ...
I also had&nbsp;3/10 days where I "exersized".&nbsp;
TOTAL days w/exersize = 7/10 or 70% - impressive, with a 40/30 split on Workouts(W) VS Exersize(E). 
NOTE that this "fitness"&nbsp;could be having "as big as"&nbsp;an "effect" on <a href="/view/article?id=5188" target="_blank">my results</a>&nbsp;as the diet changes are/will have.

<h2>[ REVIEW - HEALTH ( CONDITION&nbsp;) ]</h2>
It's hard to say, I had some&nbsp;good days and some bad days, the question is how do you measure progess on something like this? 
It certainly didn't disappear (CUREd) / Is it any better?&nbsp;I can't say definitively&nbsp;as to wether there was any signs of change on the existing affected areas&nbsp;from the previous 10 day period (] TRY&nbsp;compare&nbsp;earlier photos). &nbsp;&nbsp;
Unfortunately on the 2nd last day of this period I have some NEW hives appearing in a new location, are they the same?&nbsp;I am&nbsp;NOT sure if these are&nbsp;related to the existing or ???
NEED - I need to find a way to accurately/best measure changes in condition
NEED - I need a way to measure/track/monitor symptoms
REMINDER -&nbsp;Some previous "research" says that it takes about 1 month of DIET for each year that&nbsp;you've had said skin condition, so I should expect 2 - 3 months 
<h2>[ CONCLUSIONS ]&nbsp;</h2>
After just 10 days on this diet plan I feel better already!! There were 2 things the surprised me the most and they were&nbsp;1] the&nbsp;lack of cravings and 2] the lack of feeling hungry. I worked out and I exersized and overall I did really good this period. The scale says that I am down 8.5# from my starting point on 2016-06-25.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Unfortunately, there has been no noticeable improvement in my skin condition. It is early and ...

Basically, just "reset the&nbsp;counter" and try to do another 10 days on this same strategy. Some MINOR CHANGES for the next 10 days including ...
<h2>[ REVISIONS ]</h2>
] REVISION&nbsp;DIET = &nbsp;TRY a new menu plan version - the menu plan will be somewhat/slightly different&nbsp;then the previous weeks but along the same lines&nbsp;&nbsp;
]&nbsp;REVISION DIET =&nbsp;UPDATE menu plan =&nbsp;+ MORE/ADD&nbsp;= &nbsp;]&nbsp;brocoli slaw, ] sushi, ] brocoli salad, ] kale salad kit&nbsp;
]&nbsp;REVISION DIET = ] thoughts on dairy ( yogurt, milk, ), lactose ?
]&nbsp;REVISION DIET ! = implement a "reward system" - something along the lines of 1 week "on track" gets you a&nbsp;DIET treat/cheat (&nbsp;bag of&nbsp;chips OR bowl of ice cream OR ...), OR a&nbsp;"cheater meal" (fish&amp;chips, burger and fries, )&nbsp;OR both 
] REVISION HEALTH - NEED - some kind of condition monitoring/reporting system to more accurately document changes to skin condition
