<li><strong>] STRATEGY # - 1&nbsp;- no sugar -</strong> My treatment plan to&nbsp;improve&nbsp;this&nbsp;condition is to eat as little sugar as possible during the next 10 days .</li>
<ol>
<li>] When I say sugar I mean <strong>all sugars</strong> not just the teaspoon that you add to your morning cup of coffee or&nbsp;tea. This includes things like starchy vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes,? beans? ) that have high sugar content.&nbsp;There will be no breads, no grains( because = ...) and no added sugars .</li>

<li><strong>] STRATEGY # - 2&nbsp;- small steps -</strong> The initial&nbsp;<strong>10 day period</strong> can be used to get an <strong>initial assessment / review</strong> of the effects of the diet and to make any <strong>changes</strong> for the next 10 day period. It is also a much <strong>easier/doable goal</strong> then trying to make a 30/90 days period as the target at&nbsp;the get-go.&nbsp;</li>

<li>] RESULTS - I realize that it is going to take longer than 10 days to notice any meaningful results. Short-term goal is to <strong>see some physical change</strong> or <strong>feel some physical changes</strong> within the first 30 days.</li>
<li>] RESULTS - I would hope to see some noticeable effects by the 30 day mark and significant improvements by 90 days ( somewhere - it says 1 month for each month of condition )</li>
