<li>] while&nbsp;I initially&nbsp;named this&nbsp;diet experience the "DIET-no-sugar", it is VERY IMPORTANT to know that it would be more appropriately named the LOW SUGAR or LOWER SUGAR diet. As&nbsp;I soon DISCOVERED/LEARNED after beginning the diet - sugars, both natural and processed are in just about EVERYTHING that you eat.</li>

HOPE-fully I can NOT only cure this rash, I can ALSO lose a good chunk of weight (&gt; 50#) and <span style="text-decoration: underline;">change my eating habits</span> into&nbsp;ones that are NOT only going to <span style="text-decoration: underline;">make my taste buds happy</span>, but are more <strong>healthy</strong> AND perhaps most importantly are LONG TERM <strong>sustainable</strong>.&nbsp;</li>
