I&nbsp;have embarked on a <a href="/view/article?id=5166" target="_blank">no-sugar diet</a>* with the objectives of 
] losing approximately 50#, 
] changing the way that&nbsp;I eat to maintain that loss, 
] curing my skin condition. 
This is a summary of the various RESULTS/CONCLUSIONS that I have come to&nbsp;after&nbsp;30 days on this diet plan.

<li>] # # -&nbsp;This plan was/is more about changing my DIET vs&nbsp;being on an&nbsp;"exersize program" but exersize is&nbsp;good( perhaps a ?necessary evil). I either exersized(good) or worked out(very good) on 40% of the days in this time period. This is down from 70% of the days in the previous (much shorter) time period.&nbsp;</li>

<h2>[&nbsp;FEELS&nbsp;= ]</h2>
I am thinking about the <a href="/view/article?id=5188" target="_blank">weekly weigh in results</a>. I know "i need to" measure progress/or lack there-of BUT thinking about the "results" and the&nbsp;possible outcomes is NOT what I want to be spending time doing. I am going to revise this to doing blind weigh ins with the goal of focusing on my eating strategy and my results-feels
<h2>[+ DISCOVERED + /&nbsp;&nbsp;LEARNED = / SURPRISED&nbsp; ]</h2>
DISCOVERED 
I&nbsp;like cold oatmeal. I think its better than warm oatmeal.
Raw oatmeal&nbsp;is not too bad&nbsp;either, just soak it in a little milk for a few minutes(10) before eating and you are good to go. who knew?
Lime and black pepper isn't just for potato chips, it tastes great on corn on the cob as well.
+ NEW VEGETABLE - kohlrabi&nbsp;&nbsp;- I just DISCOVERED this "cabbage like" vegetable, eaten raw and cold, or try with add dip/dressing
LEARNED 
+ pork side slices NOT = bacon, it kinda of looks like bacon, it kinda cooks like bacon, it tastes sort of similar&nbsp;... BUT it has hard very chewy fat parts that are'nt typically in most bacon products, it costs about the same as your mainstream brands ( currently $15 kg ) and IMO its just not worth it - BUY BACON
- roasted roots - may not be recipe of the month, but&nbsp;these are soooooo delicious, quick and easy 
SURPRISED
125g of greek yogurt(astro authentikos) has MORE&nbsp;SUGAR than 125 ml ice cream ( lucerne nuttin butter) WTF!! 
<h2>[ REVIEW - DIET - PLAN vs ACTUAL ]</h2>
SUMMARY 
comparing THE&nbsp;RESULTS to THE PLAN, lets summarize/highlight the good, the bad and the ugly - compare what you ACTUALLY ate to what you SHOULD HAVE eaten. How close did you come to sticking within the guidelines of your DIET PLAN
+ RESULTS - <a href="/view/article?id=5188" target="_blank">weights and measures</a> - after 30 days I am down 4.0 #* (use # 2016-07-25) from my starting point on 2016-06-25. I had 3 consecutive weeks of losses totalling 11.5#, 1 week of gains (10#*) and 1 week of losses (2.5#*)&nbsp;NOTE this period included 1 week of vacation, which was also a vacation from this DIET

<h2>[ REVIEW - HEALTH ( CONDITION&nbsp;) ]</h2>
SUMMARY&nbsp;of changes to "condition". - (30 days in ).&nbsp;
- on&nbsp;my new WIP 'SC measuring systems' - it seems to be running about 50/50&nbsp;, 1/2 of the&nbsp;days are with no or minor issues, 1/2 of the&nbsp;days&nbsp;are with&nbsp;periodic&nbsp;"issues".
CAUSE.SUSPECT REASONS =&nbsp; 
1] maybe my PRB is still my diet, i am certainly eating&nbsp;&lt; sugars(mostly natural starches)&nbsp;than before&nbsp;but nowhere near 'no sugar' or even 'low sugar'. 
My vacation week was also a 'bad' diet week,&nbsp;+ alcohol,
I have lost weight and I have&nbsp;exersized more (some) and generally I&nbsp;feel better overall&nbsp;BUT it is likely that there is still far too much sugar ... in my DIET - if that is the root cause of this PRB
2] It is also likely too soon for any expectation of meaningful results? especially considering my&nbsp;diet cheats and the vacation week

REVISIONS =
1]&nbsp;strategy change = use topical treatment - daily * 4 * 28
CONCLUSIONS =&nbsp;
no noticeable improvement during this period
<h2>[REVIEW - FITNESS ]</h2>
SUMMARY =
This plan was/is more about changing my DIET vs&nbsp;being on an&nbsp;"exersize program" but exersize is&nbsp;good( perhaps a ?necessary evil). 
PROGRESS =&nbsp;
I had&nbsp;6/20 days where I "worked out". 
I also had&nbsp;2/20 days where I "exersized".
TOTAL PERIOD = 8/20 days (40%)&nbsp;where I "exersized" with a 30/10 split (W v E), that is down significantly from the 70% rate of the first 10 day period, but still something none the less. 
CONCLUSIONS =
I don't have/didnt specify&nbsp;a "fitness target" per se for this DIET plan&nbsp;(as of yet),&nbsp;however I still feel that I should try to pick it up to at least&nbsp;~ 50 % ~
NOTE that this "fitness"&nbsp;could be having "as big"&nbsp;an "effect" on my results&nbsp;as the diet changes are/will have.

-- vacation-2016-002&nbsp;-&gt;&nbsp;Vacation Analysis -&nbsp;/ vacation was like a diet detour, / was&nbsp;some good eating, / it was&nbsp;NOT as bad as it could have been, / this&nbsp;happened quite early in this diet, so&nbsp;I expect that it messed up my early progress results&nbsp;(see Reminders) /
- fresh fruit for another month, ( skip it and miss out VS enjoy it and risk another month without any progress&nbsp;) &nbsp;
