<li>] strip 2 leaves from leek and chop into fine peices</li>
<li>] place onion, carrot, leek and butter into large pot and suate until cooked</li>
<li>] break cauliflower into florets</li>
<li>] add cauliflower to sauted vegetables</li>
<li>] cover vegetables&nbsp;with water</li>
<li>] add vegetable broth</li>
<li>] bring&nbsp;water to a boil and then reduce heat&nbsp;and simmer until cauliflower is cooked.</li>
