] now, about now, I know that your "skeptical antennae" are popping up out of your head and your waiting for me to get to the part where I ask you to pull out your credit card and ...

<li>] ... whatever ... OR better yet</li>
<li>] BUY all of the above for one low, low monthly price of ....</li>

I just documented (thoroughly) what I tried and what WORKED for me and ALSO what didnt work. If "this information" can be of any&nbsp;use to you or to anyone else out there in internet land, who needs a little DIETary advice/guidance/good karma&nbsp;....&nbsp;it is&nbsp;all yours ... totally FREE of CHARGE(FoC)
BUT&nbsp;nope there is no catch here, bottom line is
- I am NOT TRYING to sell you anything ...

I did use some of the programs from my own companies(sospep.com) web site to help me with&nbsp;things like ...
<ol>

<li>] diet tracking,</li>
<li>] recipe managment,</li>
<li>] etc, etc, etc</li>
</ol>
but everything, that&nbsp;I used, is also available&nbsp;for you to use ... again ... entirely ...&nbsp;FOC .
And, If you've&nbsp; got a better solution for performing the aforementioned tasks, by all means, feel free to use that instead.

conclusions(TLDR)
- I lost over 50# in &lt; 6 months, and I have maintained that weight loss for&nbsp;&gt; 1 year and counting.
- I cured a nasty rash and a&nbsp;couple of other nagging medical conditions that had been bothering me for some time.
- Today, I look better and more importantly I feel better than I have in years.
- I give a lot of the credit for these positive results to a&nbsp;change in my DIET to one that&nbsp;lowers the amount of sugar that I consume by a significant amount.
- I believe that EXERSIZE is also&nbsp;an important part of most any successfull DIET program, and&nbsp;I did exersize. What I&nbsp;DID&nbsp;NOT do was spend 5 hours a day&nbsp;at the gym, 5 days a week, INSTEAD I was spending a reasonable amount of time doing something physical that&nbsp;I enjoyed doing and I believe that was&nbsp;one of the&nbsp;key factors&nbsp;in the programs success
- I put together what I feel is a very simple plan, one that is easy to follow, one that has "been proven" to get "significant results".
- The best part of the plan&nbsp;is that&nbsp;I have developed an eating-strategy that not only allows me to enjoy the healthy foods that i love, but also to CHEAT a little along&nbsp;the way&nbsp;with some of my past loves&nbsp;that once held a stranglehold on my tastebuds. I beleive that my-eating-strategy is what makes it easier to stick to the DIET&nbsp;plan&nbsp;long term and to&nbsp;maintain the results I have acheived going forward.
 - Its, also very important to note, that this DIET was one that was completed by an "average joe", I am NOT a gym monkey or an athlete, I am a guy who has eaten a DIET of (too much) meat and potatoes for (too) many years.&nbsp;A guy who is no stranger to junk foods and who still (unfortunately) NOT only loves some of them BUT still EATS some of them ( just NOT as much of them and NOT as often). My key points here are twofold

<li>]&nbsp;IF I can do this DIET&nbsp;successfully and acheive these results, it's more than likely that you can too!!</li>
<li>] being on a DIET doesnt mean that your never going to see your FAVORITE foods again</li>

I&nbsp;started this article by saying "18 months from now ...", which means ... i have NOT YET completed this diet program, it has&nbsp;NOT been PROVEN to work, at this point, it is just a PLAN
