If the links dont work from your email program, the URL is http://sospep.com. In this issue we take a quick look at the sospep - events component.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">I have compiled a list of some of the "special events" that occur over the course of the year in my particular community. I like to share this Calendar with friends and family to entice them to come and visit.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">sospep-events is of one of the core component applications in the <a href="http://sospep.com/view/article?id=416#tabs-2" target="_blank">[sospep PIM suite]</a> events enables you to create and manage "your CALENDARS of your EVENTS"</p>
<p>The primary goals of sospep events are tri - fold. To make it incredibly easy to 1] to PLAN your tasks, to gather, organize and structure your TASKS in a manner that is most effective for you. 2] to SHARE those Plans with whom you desire in the format that meets your needs( EMAIL, WEB PAGE, SMS, social, PRINT ) and ... 3] to DOCUMENT - record, measure, assess, analyze</p>
<p>Let's take a quick tour to demonstrate some of the EVENTS applications capablities. Start by clicking the "EVENTS" app icon on our home page, here you will find a collection of CALENDARS, Let's click on the CALENDAR of "don.sagrott" and then click on the PLAN "entertainment". Here you will see a list of the TASKGROUPS that comprise the PLAN entertainment.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">A TAKSGROUP is a component of a PLAN. You use TaskGroups to categorize/organize your Plans. Plans are components of Calendars. You use Plans to categorize/organize your Calendars </p>
<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">You can use pre-defined CALENDARS that have already been created to quickly structure your TASKS or you can define and create your own Calendars in exactly the manner that is most logical to you.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">A taskGroup contains - YOUR TASKS</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">By choosing to make these particular TASKS publicly available, I can share them with everyone. By default your sospep EVENTS (just like all of "your sospep data") is "private" to you only! You can choose to make the EVENTS (and other sospep data) public, <strong>if you choose to do so.</strong> You can even configure your sospep to share just "specific EVENTS" with just the "specific people" that you choose (your friends,family for example)</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">Another HANDY feature about any of the existing public CALENDARS is that you can quickly and easily ADD public CALENDARS/PLANS/TASKGROUPS or TASKS to your own CALENDARS in just a few clicks ... enabling you to modify/customize or organize them in a manner that best suits your requirements.</p>
<p>Also note that the page heading has the STATISTICS bar enabled, which is displaying the STATS for all of the tasks in the taskgroup selected, how many, how many are completed, how much time Estimated total duration and what percentage of this taskgroup has been completed so far, not so important for this entertainment taskgroup BUT comes in handy for your work and project related taskgroups.</p>

consistently produce the same types of articles as well as leveraging the component pieces that comprise the specific type of article that you are creating to derive additional functionality.
