<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">In this issue we take a QUICK TOUR of the sospep - systems application component by exploring one of the "SYSTEMS" that I have developed, named menuItems-Lager (aka making Beer). I like to share this SYSTEM-PROCEDURE with my friends and family to enable them to "reproduce" my results and also to encourage them to "refine or fine tune" the system to make it even better.</p>

To make it incredibly easy to ...1] use SERVERS/APPS/PROCEDURES to gather, organize and structure your STEPS in a manner that is most effective for you.2] SHARE those SERVERS/APPS/PROCEDURES with whom you desire in the format( EMAIL, WEB PAGE, SMS, social, PRINT ) that best meets your needs and ...3] to DOCUMENT - record, measure, assess, analyze</p>
<p>Let's get started by clicking the "SYSTEMS" app icon on our home page, here you will find a collection of public SERVERS, click on the SERVER named "Diet" and then click on the APP named "menuItems-beer". <p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">A PROCEDURE is a component of an APP. You use Procedures to categorize/organize your Apps. APPS are components of SERVERS. You use APPS to categorize/organize your SERVERS. <strong>+ SERVERS are the top level category for defining your systems, </strong></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">You can use pre-defined SERVERS that have already been created to quickly structure your STEPS or you can define and create your own SERVERS in exactly the manner that is most logical to you.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">Well, essentially yes. basically they are "categories" to organize your "steps". The SYSTEMS app is really about your "steps", which we will talk about in just a minute.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">By choosing to make these particular STEPS publicly available, I can share them with everyone. By default your sospep SYSTEMS (just like all of "your sospep data") is "private" to you only! You can choose to make the SYSTEMS (and other sospep data) public, <strong>if you choose to do so.</strong> You can even configure your sospep to share just "specific SYSTEMS" with just the "specific PEOPLE" that you choose(for example, just "your friends" or just "your family")</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">Another HANDY feature about any of the existing public SERVERS is that you can quickly and easily ADD public SERVERS/APPS/PROCEDURES or STEPS to your own SERVERS in just a few clicks ... enabling you to modify/customize or organize them in a manner that best suits your requirements.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">Each STEP has a name, a brief description, [start date, start time, estimated duration,] status and photo fields and a content field.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 11px; margin-bottom: 1em;">you can use the CONTENT field for each STEP to provide additional DESCRIPTION details, notes, add links to additional resources, more photos, diagrams, illustrations or whatever story that you want to tell about this particular STEP or nothing at all</p>
