<li>] <strong>important</strong> notes - something that may not be obvious, but would be good to know, (ex tide timetables for skookumchuk narrows)</li>
<li>] <strong>memories</strong>&nbsp;- 30 years from now - were not going to remember IF we had a vacation in 2016, let alone where we went or what we did? - maybe it will be interesting to sit in our rocking chairs and read about it</li>

<li><strong>] helps with FUTURE planning, advice&nbsp;</strong></li>

<li>] if you do decide to go again, or if provde details for others who may want to go, you can always REVIEW ] where we went, ] what we thought, ] how much it cost, ] etc, etc, to refresh things your memory may have&nbsp;</li>
<li>] of course, everything changes over time and it won't prevent you from researching/planning your next trip, but it should help&nbsp;</li>

<li>] Time - how long things took&nbsp;</li>
<li>] Money - how much things cost, were they as expected, were there price surprises, ....</li>

<li><strong>] your PLANning anyways, this is just 1 more detail</strong></li>

<li>] you start your trip with a <span style="text-decoration: underline;">PLAN</span>, that plan { starts your documentation / serves as the foundation of&nbsp;your documentation }</li>

<li>] YES, this is likely the biggest and most valid con, and you (may) have to get it done fairly recently to when you actually vacationed for best results.&nbsp;</li>

<li>] YES, but the work has a payoff and its not</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>] no one really cares</strong></li>
