<h2>] THEORY</h2>

<li>] rewarding good diet behaviour with BAD diet foods, the idea is basically&nbsp;to EARN your "brownies" by eating your "brocoli"</li>
<li>] guideline = rewards can only be&nbsp;so often that it doesn't negate the dietary gains of eating&nbsp;GOOD foods. Example - if you eat good all week and save 2000 calories from perhaps your regular "less&nbsp;good" diet, then you eat a 2000+ calorie REWARD meal, your not really any further ahead are you?</li>

<li>] guideline =7 days of "ok" diet = 1 cheat snack,</li>
