<li><strong>]&nbsp;INVOICE</strong> - enables you to create detailed invoices for your ] products(items)&nbsp;OR ] your services (tasks)&nbsp;OR both ] products and services.</li>
<li><strong>] INVOICE&nbsp;- </strong>includes an INVOICE&nbsp;TO company/person, an INVOICE&nbsp;FROM company/person, both of which can be 'selected' from "your people". ] the collection of items/tasks&nbsp;to be invoiced, again simply select the "taskgroup" that contains the "completed tasks" that you wish to invoice,, from the add/invoice page. &nbsp;</li>
<li>*]&nbsp;this is a PREVIEW FEATURE for our&nbsp;BIMS services WHICH INCLUDES&nbsp;additional invoicing features and functionality.&nbsp;This does have &nbsp;some pretty decent functionality to get you started on&nbsp;creating detailed invoices, quickly and easily, using your existing tasks that you have already created.</li>

<li>] you are already creating "Tasks" to organize, manage your time, schedule&nbsp;] now that you have "Completed"&nbsp;your tasks, you can generate detailed invoices&nbsp;seamlessly, using those same tasks.</li>

Once the invoice has been completed, you have the OPTIONS to eMail, print, sms,&nbsp;publish, ...&nbsp;that record to anyone that you wish in the format that you want.</li>

<li><strong>] type a title for the invoice that you want to create.</strong></li>

<li>] this will appear on the invoice, a typical example might include the service and period, ex LawnCutting Service - July 2012</li>

<li><strong>] select "Invoice From" person from your People</strong></li>

<li>] this is the name/contact information for the person/company that the invoice will come from, chooser your person info or your company&nbsp;contact info&nbsp;from your&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>] select "Invoice To" person from your People</strong></li>
<ol>
<li>] who will this invoice be sent to , choose client from your address book</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>] select "Invoice What"</strong></li>
<ol>
<li>] this is&nbsp;the taskgroup that contains the tasks to be invoiced. only the tasks that have been set to completed will appear on the invoice.</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>] enter the Rate that you wish to charge per hour of service</strong></li>

<li><strong>] Click Create</strong></li>

<li>] WAIT PATIENTLY - some issues with performance, we will be looking into this&nbsp;( it currently takes approx 15 seconds) to generate an invoice</li>
<li>] Review the Content of the invoice, if all looks good ...</li>

<li><strong>] Click Save</strong></li>

<li>] you now have the invoice itself saved in a completed task record, you can EMAIL, PRINT, SMS or .. that record.</li>
