<p>&gt; philg a blogger&nbsp;who posts at&nbsp;harvard.edu, wrote the following RANT on windows 8 because he felt&nbsp;that&nbsp;it was a&nbsp;failure because it was lacking the&nbsp;"best features" of android, ios, and win xp/vista/7.&nbsp;Now Phils&nbsp;article&nbsp;does&nbsp;have a&nbsp;catchy title and i dont know philg personally but according to his post, he is a self proclaimed "windows" and overall os expert.</p>
