    1. ] # # - after eating several slices of PIZZA and BREAD nibblerz (sort of seasoned breadsticks/flatbread ) w/dip, then after a couple of hours, I was feeling pretty badly bloated and stomach was actually sore; LESSON learned = say NO to bread nibblerz for sure, what about PIZZA?

    1. x] # # - breakfast (cracker, mozza, tomato, tomato-sundried, oil, basil ) ] feeling - stomach - bloated, stomach pains, bb 90+ * no coffee before breakfast,  ? maybe acid in the tomatoes, ???

    1. x] # # - again with the stomach, was fine after breakfast, then lunch, then ate almost a whole bag of CHIPs (new brand from PC ), maybe thats what you get for CHEATING on your diet for no good reason, anyways, bloated, sore stomach, get even worse while out hiking, then subsided and was OK for the balance of the day. dinner didnt bother it at all

    1. ] tasted like canola oil, ingredients says may contain canola or ... list other oils ..., the flavour wasnt super either, actually these chips are not very impressive, maybe TRY another flavor (sea salt, malt vinegar), its a good price/size @ 1.98 for 220g BUT  
    2. ] BETTER choices - ] sensations (compliments ), ] dutch crunch (old dutch? )

    1. ] I had several days where I ate no lunch. Skipping/cutting meals reduces calorie intake but  I believe ... ] this messes up your cadence, & likely ] you will be eating more(over eating) at the next meal or filling up on more snacks. ] try to stick to the meal plan as much as you can

    1. ] OFF the RAILS - * + breakfast, + dinnner, - CHIPS, - PIE, - CONE == ?? 1 treat is OK but 3 treats, NOT so good,

    1. x] # # - we are off on a few days vacation. Last time I did pretty well, the vacation before was tragic(DIET wise). How will i fare this time around?

    1. x] # # -  after a bad diet week, i am slipping up big time on the DIET by mid week in what should be a 'get back into the routine' week after the vacation. I still have time to turn the week around

    1. x] # #  - I didnt turn the week around, it only got worse! This was especially not good given that the 3 months ended period is up in 1 more week, oops!!
