  1. The size and build quality are excellent.
  2. Feels good to hold.
  3. The software keyboard is exemplary.
  4. Camera is a passable point-and-shoot.
  5. Performance is mostly smooth.
  6. Battery life is respectable, and should get you through a work day.

 

[WHY NOT] CONS

  1. BlackBerry 10 and its gestures definitely take getting used to.
  2. Specs are OK, but not necessarily for the price.
  3. You're dealing with an entirely new smartphone platform, so the app store leaves much to be desired.
  4. There's just not enough here to recommend switching if you're a mostly contented iOS, Android, or Windows Phone user.
