[WHY - PROS]

1. ] The Z10 is a good smartphone. Frankly, it's a better smartphone than I expected from RIM
2. ] The Z10 is a fine device, well made, reasonably priced, backed by a company with a long track record.

4. ] Clean and solid hardware design
5. ] BlackBerry 10 is a promising new OS
6. ] Keyboard is surprisingly good

[WHY NOT - CONS]

1. ] Battery life is a serious concern ] battery life, some days 9am - 6pm
2. ] doesnt like the home screen being the active tiles b/c if
3. ] but no one could argue that there's a "killer app" here. Something that makes you want or need this phone because it can do what no other phone can do. That's not the case
4. ] Third-party apps leave much to be desired
5. ] New UI tricks don't always pay off
