    2. ] msft surface team did a REDDIT iama Q&A session. it was actually members of the team (not PR or marketing) and they were fairly upfront about answering the questions and not just plugging the product. 
      1. *] havent reviewed it thouroughly but it appears to have been pretty well recieved by 'the reddit crowd' 
    3. ] has a 'digitizer' layer
      1. which means that it can be used like a wacomm tablet for drawing, sketching, ? maybe an interesting use case

      1. paul as had "no issues so far" as he put it , he's plugged pretty much anything he could find into it.

      1. paul - asked msft what made the "surface mouse" a "surface" mouse, response was "its black"
      2. mj - likes it, notes that b/c it bluetooth it also going to contribute power draw
