DIET REWARDS SYSTEM

] THEORY

  1. ] rewarding good diet behaviour with BAD diet foods, the idea is basically to EARN your "brownies" by eating your "brocoli"
  2. ] guideline = rewards can only be so often that it doesn't negate the dietary gains of eating GOOD foods. Example - if you eat good all week and save 2000 calories from perhaps your regular "less good" diet, then you eat a 2000+ calorie REWARD meal, your not really any further ahead are you?

] RULES

  1. ] guideline = 10 days of "ok" diet = 1 cheat meal,
  2. ] guideline =7 days of "ok" diet = 1 cheat snack,
  3. ] guideline = 7 days of "good" diet = 1 cheat meal,
  4. ] guideline = 3 days of "good" diet = 1 cheat snack,
  5. ] guideline = 5 days of "very good" diet = 1 cheat meal,
  6. ] guideline = 3 days of "very good" diet = 1 cheat snack,
  7. ] guideline = having a "reward" meal/cheat doesn't count against your "diet grade" for that day that you eat it.
  8. ] guideline = bank your unused cheat meals and cheat snacks for when you need/want them. ( ex going on vacation, your going to need some CHEAT meals/snacks, make sure you have some in the bank)

    2. ] good = 11 ( 1 meal, 1 snack, 1 extra)
    3. ] ok = 4  (3 more for a snack, bank 4)

    3. ] alcohol aka beer, ( CAL = 150 per)
    4. ] chips ( CAL = 1000 per 100g )
    5. ] chocolate - bar,
    6. ] desserts - cake, pie (CAL = 500 - ...)
    7. ] ice cream - cone,  (CAL = 500 - ...)
  2. ] CREATE LIST-cheat meals -
    1. ] ayce sushi,
    2. ] ayce buffet,
    3. ] ayce fish & chips
    4. ] real burger & fries,
    5. ] pizza,
