  2. [ TIP ] - DRINK - at least 1 full glass of water BEFORE eating each meal
  3. [ TIP ] - WAIT - if your thinking about that second serving/helping, WAIT 20 minutes after you finish eating your first serving, this is when your brain will register that your stomach is full, so it wouldnt make sense to eat more before then, would it?
  4. [ TIP ] - MORE - meals, smaller in size, eaten more often. Eating 4 - 6 smaller meals per day is better than eating 2 - 3 larger meals
