    1. [] salt,1 TSP [] pepper,1/2 TSP [] onion powder, 1 TSP [] garlic powder 1 TSP

  1. [] remove beef cubes from package, pat dry, ( cut into bite size pieces if large cubes )
  2. [] sear beef cubes in a large on medium high heat in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (canola)
  3. [] add 2 cups water + beef buillion + beef stew seasoning package, stir thoroughly
  4. [] bring to a boil, then turn down to a simmer and let cook for 60 minutes
  5. [] wash and cut the carrots into bite size pieces
  6. [] After the beef stew meat has been cooking for 60 minutes, add the rest of the vegetables to the pot
  7. [] After 120 minutes, test the meat for "doneness", if your OK with the tenderness of the meat, bring the stew back up to a slow boil
  8. [] Stir your corn starch into a 1/2 cup of warm water, then
  9. [] Once the stew is at a low boil, stir in the corn starch mixture to thicken the stews broth
