  1. [] remove beef cubes from package, (rinse), pat dry, cut into bite size pieces
  2. [] sear beef cubes in frying pan on high heat
  3. [] put beef cubes into slow cooker on high temp for 6 hours
  4. [] add 2 cups water + beef buillion, 1/4 of the onion, garlic,
