  3. ] half cup white rice
  4. ] 1 medium cooking onion

  7. ] 8 ounces white mushrooms
  8. ] 1 egg
  9. ] 1 ta dill
  10. ] Salt
  11. ] Pepper
  12. ] 1 L Tomato sauce(brand = ?)
  13. ] 1 tomato paste, small

] recipe.instructions

  1. ] dice onion
  2. ] mince garlic
  3. ] Chop mushrooms
  4. ] saute onion and garlic and mushrooms in oil
  5. ] cook rice and let cool
  6. ] combine ground beef, ground Pork, cooked rice, seasoning and sauteed garlic onions and mushrooms in a large mixing bowl
  7. ] Add egg, dill and mix together thoroughly
  8. ] Place cabbage in large pot of water, bring water to a boil
  9. ] peel leaves from cabbage
  10. ] trim stalk from leave for easier folding
  11. ] place ground meat mixture onto cabbage leave
  12. ] roll leave around meat mixture
  13. ] place rolls into baking dish
  14. ] cover rolls with tomato sauce mixture
  15. ] bake in preheated 350 degree oven for approx 90 minutes

  1. ] 12 cabbage rolls, (6 - meal size portions)

  1. ] potato-nuggets, steamed with butter and dill
