    1. ] 400M in 'stem related' physical infrastructure, all across BC

    3. ] funding the best "new thinkers" from around the world, where they will bring their ideas, their determination and their grad students

    2. ] we need to radically change the way we do procurement

    4. ] give BC companies a chance to codevelop inside gov, ideas that are going to make gov more efficient, 
    5. ] ideas to help solve problems gov has identified but has not yet figured out a way to solve

    1. ] invite small BC companies to come into gov and help us fix problems that we dont know exist yet
    2. ] chance for small BC companies to get 'first crack' at potentially huge new market
