mozilla standardizes compatabilty tables for web documentation

1. ] We have standardized the appearance of compatibility tables for our open web documentation; that is, documentation of technologies such as the DOM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, and so forth, that are shared across all browsers.

[WHY]

1. ] In order to make it as easy as possible to create and maintain these tables, we have a set of templates to use, as well as the following copy-and-paste ready pre-built table you should use for all new compatibility tables.
