    7. ] + fruits & vegetables
  4. ] foods to AVOID  include:
    1. ] carbs.bad=ww bread,
    2. ] cereals,
    3. ] pasta,
    4. ] crackers,
  5. ] eating FAT does not make you fat,
    1. ] eating the right amount & types of fat can help your body to burn fat --
  6. ] fats to AVOID fats.bad=
    1. ] hydrogenated oils, ] canola oil, ] margarine, ] fake/artificial butter/light spreads --
  7. ] fats.good=
    1. ] butter,
    2. ] eggs,
    3. ] coconut oil,
    4. ] olive oil,
    5. ] avacodoes,
    6. ] raw nuts,
    7. ] ? bacon ? -
  8. ] processed foods (artificial sweeteners, hydrogenatad oils, proc. soy products, high fructose corn syrup, PKG snacks, micro meals, )
    1. ] -- contain lots of sugars & chemicals - the liver's job is to breakdown fats, filter out the bad "things" from your blood stream -- BUT if it's filtering out lots of bad things from the processed foods, it cant breakdown the fats optimally
    2. ] -- GOOD, single item foods - a steak, chicken, eggs & bacon, olive oil, coconut oil, butter, rice , sweet potatoes
