    11. ] google hasn't found any instances of this in use BUT once hackers "know about" it, they will go to town ...

    13. ] flaw is specific to the android os and the way it handles certificate signing

    1. ] Dome is a taylor made missile interceptions system(sheild) that protects country from rockets, but not from hackers
    2. ] Dome system was developed in Isreal with substantial US funding
    3. ] has estimated interception rate of 60-80% for some missiles, is not able to intercept the more sophisticated missiles
    4. ] technology was developed by US military contractor Boeing
    5. ] info from the Dome may have gotten into the hands of chinese hackers,
    6. ] suspected stolen documents include - plans for system, docs stamped by us regulators indicating they were of national security, 
    7. ] suspected theft was done by "comment crew", the elite hacking crew of the chinese army,
    8. ] China doesn't face the same threats as Isreal, curious as to why they would want the technology,
    9. ] breach took place in 2011-2012, may have been looking for info on other systems being developed, may have been part of a sweep, also may have just been part of their 'vacuum up ' anything they can get approach
