1. ] a very good online tool (w/local ver) for creating wireframes(mockups) of web + mobile applications

[WHY]

1. ] very cool tool - NOT FREE, they do have a "web demo" version you can try, 
1. ] $79 for desktop version, annual subscription=, monthly = $12
2. ] pre-defined templates library 
3. ] linkable mocks DEMO feature limited (can'T link mockups )
4. ] DEMO - has ANNOYING "buy me" pop up 'nag' box every 5 minutes 
5. *] DEMO - has BUG in feature "? export as PNG" which did not work, freezing the browser tab, therefore work created in the 'demo' version could only by saved as 'xml' file (would need to load back into b) to view/display
