1. ] MENU MAIN - Create/Systems -> add/step
2. ] PAGE view/procedures - LINK - "add step to this procedure" (on each procedure listed) 
3. ] PAGE view/procedure - TOOLBAR.Button - "addstep +" 

[WHEN]

1. ] user want to create a new step record in and existing procedure

[EXAMPLE]

1. *] NOTE that any changes you make to this 'example page' will not be saved unless you are logged in to the public sospep

[HOW-TO]

1. ] navigate to the app procedure where you wish to add the new step record, OR ...
2. ] open the add step page
3. ] update the feilds in the step form that you wish to change
4. ] submit the changes
