1. x] 2013-06-01 EDIT revise the layout of the page, was showing "details" section of each step as the default view first page, now showing the "content" section as the default first page,

4. x] 2013-06-01 EDIT swapped buttons "photo" (now far left) and "details" (far left + 1) B/C browser puts up a temp nav back arrow which appears over top of the leftmost bottom menu
5. x] 2013-06-13 ADD - the id key/param to the qstring passed to "add/m_task" link in the navHeader  (*] CURRENTLY value set using Session var, SHOULD USE object property)
