1. [ des ] displays a form with [all] the requried fields to DELETE an existing 'article' record for the SUBJECTS app, a confirmation dialog with OPTIONS delete & cancel
2. BASE=delete/article
3. [ args ] takes the id of the 'article' to be deleted
