PAGE - add/location

[WHAT]

1. [ def ] page displays a form with all the feilds required to create a NEW 'location' record for the PLACES app
2. [ args ] [id_sector, name_sector, ] takes the id of the sector that the location will belong to, OPTIONALLY take the sector, map and atlas names 
1. ( if no parent(tgr id) is passed in then selects are generated on the form enabling the user to select the desired parent sector, )

[WHY]

1. ] enables user to add a new 'location' record to the db, a 'location' record includes fields for all of the following

[WHERE called from ...]

1. ] PAGE */* MENU MAIN - Create/Places -> add/location
2. ] PAGE view/sectors - LINK - "add a sector to map" - for each map listed
3. ] PAGE view/sectors - TOOLBAR.Button - "+" - adds a new sector record to the current map
4. ] PAGE view/location - TOOLBAR.Button - "+" - adds a new location record to the current sector

[WHEN]

1. ] user wants to add a new 'location' record to an existing 'sector'

[EXAMPLE]

[HOW-TO]

1. ] use the main menu, "create Places" option to open the add new location page (OR see option 2)
1. ] select the desired 'sector' for the new 'location' using the select boxes on the page
2. ] complete the required feilds in the 'add location' form
3. ] submit the form
2. ] navigate to the 'sector' where you wish to add the new 'location' record, 
1. ] open the 'add location' page
2. ] complete the required feilds in the 'add location' form
