3. x] CS Article - added searchBefore/After operators to the getByDescription method
4. x] view pages - all, added - convert .ToUpper for the search description field param that is going to be passed into the object to search
5. x] CS all/bal - check get___ByDescription method for operator, ALL had, revised slightly (param name = description, removed seperate statement to append operators and just did it inline
