FIX PRB funky intellisense or ??

what

  1.  the ERRORS log in the WM text editor was reporting a missing } closing bracket in many, many of the files,

  1. ] DO NOT USE @ prefix when using any VARIABLE in the SERVER SIDE CODE portion, example @Session["current_user"] VERSUS using Session["current_user"]
    1. ] THIS DID NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS in version 1 SITES but CAUSED the "missing }" ERROR in v2 sites
  2. ] using any VARIABLE in ANY of the IN-PAGE LOGIC BLOCKS (if you have any)
    1. ] this did not cause any problems in version 1 sites, seems to INTERMITTENTLY cause problems in some in page blocks
  3. ] using @Href( "url") VERSUS using Href("url")
    1. ] again works fine in v1 pages
  4. ] using @DateTime.Now
    1. ] again using this prefix works fine in v1 pages, NOT in editor
  1. ] SQL CE version problem
    1. ] bin/dll files
    2. ] web config
  2. ] NUGET package manager problem
    1. ] installing packages with nuget gets ERROR
  3. ] NUGET package manger problem
    1. ] installing packages with nuget downloads 0 byte dll files

  2. ] publish all site file to new domain for testing
  3. ] TEST each page and FIX PROBLEMS
