But i would describe him as somewhat aloof - you could talk easily with him about trivial stuff, but when it come to more important details about business or product, he would become hesitant to really include you too much in the details.

This was not for my project but another, I had a good understanding of what type of documentation the client was seeking and what the team was planning to provide.

    1. [] The last company that I worked for, the product I was working on was the successor product to the current product and as such was somewhat the focus of the company's future going forward.
    2. [] Than the change that happened was that they had a new big client come onboard with interest in using their current product for the next several years to come.

  3. adapt - Tell me about the first job you’ve ever had. What did you do to learn the ropes?
    1. [] first job = well that going back a ways, I delivered newspapers ask a kid, then me and friend started a car cleaning business which lead to me getting hired on at the local car dealership. That was probably my first true job and it was kind of a gopher position doing whatever needed to be done.  So I get to try a bunch of different things - from cleaning cars and the shop, to minor mechanical work like oil and tire changes, to operating the tow truck or working in the parts department. It was a pretty good crew of folks, so they made it easy for the new kid, most important lessons probably were ] listen, ] if your not sure about something ask, ] dont be afraid to try and finally, ] never ever borrow Toms tools without asking first

[] some of the early CEO meetings, he was asking questions about the progress on application development, talk about the problems were having, so as an example one of the big early problems that we had was the app was way to slow in loading data, ] so then he starts drilling down on the why,

[] sospep - my startup company, first in getting it to market, then in trying to market it, while I was simultaneoulsy managing the day to day operations of running it and continuing to develop the project, as a sole operator. It was a grind, with a lot of days with long hours. I guess you could say in a way "I brute forced it"

    1. [] sospep - my startup company, In attempting to run and grow the business, and continue to develop the product all concurrently - It was a bit overwhelming at times,

    1. [] weight loss is something that I have often struggled with. 
    2. [] Make a plan, stick to the plan, periodically you measure the result. If your making progress, then you carry on.
